Not the best for the price

I was refereed this company by the person I was purchasing the vehicle from. Everything was going along good and accommodated my special requests but that is where the good experience ended. One day before the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up I was contacted by the company THEY contracted to ship the vehicle. The person was texting me demanding the vehicle be ready in an hour or they will cancel the shipment (I am paraphrasing the story). When I contacted Turbo they shared some compassion but did NOTHING to help the situation. After the entire 2 hour turmoil I personally had to get things worked out and the vehicle was picked up by someone who was probably less than qualified to transport a vehicle. The vehicle arrived safe and sound but after the trouble I went through I asked for a discount and was immediately refused any compensation for my trouble. This company was $300 to $400 higher than other companies I researched and thought the extra money would go to quality service. It was NOT and will look to a different company next time. It seems like all they did was "broker" the deal and didn't research who they were working with. They didn't really care about me or the vehicle once they got payment.
