It would have been nice to have a little better communication to know what is going on. Didn't like the fact that the car was unloaded and sitting in a yard and people were trying to start it and had no clue what they doing.

Dear Sir, when you use a US Broker to book your vehicle, 99% of them only get the car to the border. It gets unloaded because the carriers they use, only .005% go across the border. The vehicles are unloaded until the customs paperwork is cleared to go, then it is loaded on the next truck that will cross the border. At all times customer communications is important and the Broker should have been keeping you up to speed on the transport, unless they specifically said to contact Turbo for all vehicle status. We apologize if Turbo's communications were not timely. Since this was dispatched to Turbo by another company and delivered to the secure port terminal. It is inspected and the keys are locked up until our driver picks up. I don't know why anyone would be trying to start it while waiting.
