All went smooth and very helpful explaining process and steps needed. Canadian government lost service inquiry paperwork so small delay with RIV but Curt at Turbo called on my behalf and re-faxed paperwork again making problem go away. All was great. Vehicle came undamaged. I will use you again since I periodically bring vehicles up from the States. Thanks again.
