I trusted them with the move of a vehicle. I gave them 2 weeks notice when we found out my mother in law would not be moving here because of health issues. They refused to refund my deposit. I asked if the carrier charged them for the cancellation and their reply was NO. I asked if he honestly spent 150 dollars of their time to set this up. I told them I would gladly pay for their time calling and setting up this transfer. Everytime I called their kids were screaming in the background which is very unprofessional. I had to wait for the mother to pull of to the side if the road to help me. I asked him if he believed his time spent making a few phone calls was worth 150 dollars which they will not refund. I told him I would accept giving him 50 dollars for his time , which he wouldn't even tell me how much time he spent. I told him he knew in his heart he was ripping me off and who knows how many others this has happened to. This is very disheartening. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
