I contacted them about moving my car from Northern California to Delaware. Charles contacted me and took his time explaining the whole process to me, as I have never shipped a car before. I had read a lot of negative reviews about several companies in the industry so naturally I was a little apprehensive about shipping my brand new car. The car was was picked up within the agreed upon window and arrived at the destination in 4 days, a little dirty from the road but in otherwise perfect condition. My advice to anyone shipping a car is to be as flexible as possible. It isn't UPS, things will happen, but if you go with this company at least they will keep you up to date on any changes.
