Charles was a pleasure to deal with. Was honest and informative about the cross country ship of my SL-550. He arranged to have the car top loaded on the carrier to keep it cleaner. Called me back the very next day after booking and told me car was being picked up that night and would be in my driveway in 4-5 days. Car arrived on time, with the driver calling the night before to let me know exactly when he would arrive. would highly recommend this broker and would without hesitation use again. Great job guys! thanks so much.
