Overall very pleased. One issue I had was that I told the company that my car could not be picked up before 2 november but any date after was fine. However, I kept getting contacted by drivers who wanted to pick it up before then. After about 3 drivers pressured me to let them have the car before then, I called the company to remind them that I could not give up the car before 2 Nov. A few hours later I had a new driver contact me to make arrangements. I assumed he would pick it up on 2 Nov since I had just reminded the brokers of my situation. Long story short, I had missed hearing during the phone conversation that the driver wanted to pick it up 1 Nov. He showed up for the car and i could not give it to him because i was out of the area and i was not expecting him. We were both upset about the miscommunication but the driver, Tom, was gracious enough to come back on 3 Nov for the car. My car arrived quickly and in great condition. Id recommend this company but their policy is they will pick up your car two days before or after the date you give them. wish id of told them 4 november so i wouldnt have had issues with them trying to pick it up early.
