damaged 40 ft boat they hit a bridge no police report $75,000 in damages total my boat and told me to get an attorney because they didnt have to pay me

left over height hit a bridge non dot compliant 60 days late, farmed out the load didn't pay me,i still had to pay for the haul before they unloaded ,turned it in to my ins co. I WILL NEVER USE THEM.
