I was worried at first. Having some unknown hauler pick up my coach. But Charles kept me informed even gave me his cell number to call if I needed anything.
The hauler Duke was there early to pick up the coach but high winds kept him from leaving until the next morning. He called and kept me informed of his progress.
His arrival after dark left us with some parking problems but he got it the site just fine.
Overall great experience. We will use them again if needed
