I originally reached out to Jack at TrueCarrier back in May because I was looking to have my vehicle transported in early June. There were quite a few delays with my moving dates and I had to reschedule about a dozen times I know this probably caused logistical issues with Jack, his team and his carriers but Jack remained very patient and accommodating and eventually we were able to make the move in August. I cannot say enough about how professionally Jack handled my situation. He never became frustrated or dismissive of me and was able to walk me through the process and even took the time to explain the different prices that were available at different parts of the summer. The carriers that Jack got for me were also top notch and very accommodating. The vehicle move was the only smooth part of this event and it all started with Jack who saw it through to the end. Great experience.
