I gave them a specific ship by date. We are military and PCSing from Nellis to Barksdale. After 9 days I emailed Candice as asked for an update and said that if they can't meet the date let me know so I can make other arrangement. She assured me it would not be a problem, needless to say they couldn't meet the date and never bothered to even call me to come up with a solution. I would have paid more if that's what it took... Stay away from this company if you have any sort of deadline or expect any customer service. Here's some email traffic... May22-As of close of business today a carrier has been unable to be assigned. ?CANDICE COOPER// May 22-Candice, Good morning! What is the status of getting this car picked up? We PCS from Nellis AFB on Thursdays which now only gives me today or tomorrow to get this thing shipped. You said that you saw no issue getting it picked up by the 23rd, but I get the feeling that there might be. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE tell us now if you can't make the deadline so I can make other arrangements. Bill// 17 May-At this time we are still working on assigning a carrier to your shipment. We have your pick up deadline listed as 5/23/18 and see no issues with having a carrier assigned and make pick up by then. Candice
