Besides having the best price for my transport, I was communicated with very clearly through the whole process. I have used a few other companies before, and while they were not bad, I found this experience to be the easiest, even given the challenge of my car not being ready on the first date of pickup. The driver/dispatch team (D & L transportation) agreed that if the car was ready the next morning they would load it up. Well, the car wasn't ready till the afternoon, but David waited even though he had other deliveries and pick ups. David called the day before arrival to nail down a precise delivery window, and I mean precise. Not a 6 hour window, it was more like a 10 minute window, and sure enough he met that mark in the morning!
