They were not bad. I am military and had orders to move from GA to TX. I made the appointment for the pickup day to be Jan 1 about a month in advance. Truck It Transport said that it was too far advanced to start to schedule and that they would contact me closer to the date. I contacted them on the 31st of Decemeber to see if everything was on schedule. They said they could not find anyone due to the holidays. Which i undunderstand, most people try to go home for the holidays.

So Jan 2nd came, I had to leave so i could find a house and make.my report date in texas. I left my vehicle with a buddy. The next day on the 3rd(Friday), it got picked up. The Monday after (about 3.5 days later) it arrived. There was no damage to the vehicle. Might want to give them an earlier date for a pickup if youre worried about it. Or it may not be something you worry about when it is not a holiday season. And it may also be a problem among other companies.

I went with this company based on reviews (some one shipped a vehicle from my home state to the same location - kind of cheesy, i know) and knowing the prices (i payed $150 for Truck It Transport, and $1175 to the driver) were a bit more than others, but it worked out well for me. I would recommend them.

And despite what i believed, they do not give incentives to write recommendations (I wish! Burned a nice hole in my pocket. You even have to push a little button saying you are not receiving an incentive to write a review... but who would honestly press that, even if they were?), and I chose to write this because I was scepticle of these reviews.

Hopefully this helps you!
