My car arrived in excellent condition. Since it was dark, the driver had a special light so I could see every inch of my car. He took the time to go over the whole car with me, and indicated the 2 areas he noted on pickup. I was amazed at the attention to detail the car was given, as one minute small paint chip was even seen! We had the cell phone of the driver and were able to contact him enroute to Fl. so we knew where the car was at all times. I would definitely use this carrier again.
