What a breath of fresh air. I had never shipped a car before and had no idea how the industry worked. After a month of online searches and phone calls, I was about ready to drive it myself. Kim started by carefully explaining the process and the industry. Her quote was based upon the transportation website that apparently all of the brokers use. She went over the numbers while I was on the phone. There were no promises, as she had to find the driver and nail down the cost, but it came in as predicted. It felt like having a teammate, not a sales person. After booking it, she kept track of the progress and kept me informed practically on a daily basis. I have never written an online review before, but this was a rescue mission that needed to be knowledged.
