I was duped by a different carrier who never intended to ship my car at the price they quoted. At this time they have yet to refund my deposit as they promised.
I contacted Kim after reading the reviews here and she was terrific. She went through the process with me (this was my first car transport), gave me an idea of when they would pick it up and deliver it and told me what it would cost.
The shipping company picked up the car when we expected and delivered it within the time frame we were given. They didn't change the price when they delivered it and the care was in the same condition when they dropped it off as when they picked it up.
Kim told me she had used this particular trucking company before and that they were reliable - while their english wasn't always perfect, they delivered on time and at the price they promised.
I was shipping a family car across the country for our daughter and we didn't have a very big span of time from when she would be arriving until her first day of work, so we were really counting on the delivery estimate and we are so very happy with the result.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is trying to ship a car. While it was a little more than the original estimate, it still felt like a very fair price and now that the car is where we need it, terrific service.
