It's obvious that I don't have to tell you what this review is going to say.
I was also one of the ones “taken” for the scam these guys are running and was demanded over $300 more than the quoted price in the contract.
Contract quote: $600 + $170 broker fee = $770 Total
I paid the $175 deposit (which they gladly took a check) and upon delivery was then demand to pay $900 when the car reached the destination in order to have the car released to me [For a total of $1075]. Finally I was told they did not take “Check or Credit Card”. I’m sure they are worried people would cancel the check or call the credit card companies on them after they were taken for these scams.

Not to mention Pickup and Delivery were both 3-4 days late and I actually had to deliver the car to them!

It's funny on how multiple occasions the company calls its own customers liars.
So the 34 people that decided not to take your $25 bribe to give you 5 stars are all liars?
I find it amusing how all the people that give honest but bad reviews are all "liars" and TriStar claims to be the honest ones. Yes they at least "admit" to bribing people for good reviews

They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau and multiple complaints.

Please file all your complaints with the BBB website as well.
We work hard for our money and these crooks find loopholes and use deceptive practices to take it.
Together we can at least warn others from them taking any more dollars from hard working Americans.

I guess that we are not suppose to be paid, we should do it for nothing, just give the customer the name and telephone number of the trucker and then walk away. Customers like this are the scam, since they are fully aware that there will be a brokerage commission paid and then deny anything at the time of delivery. Beware stay away from people like this
