I submitted an online bid and recieved about 7 different companies trying to earn my business which is what I expected. The quote ranged from $526 to $1095. I was always taught throw out the high and the low which lest me with 4 i emailed them back and Harvey from tristar was the first to respond I told him my needs and gave me a price. I emailed him back later and said that 1 company gave me a price of $625 he said I will make it a great deal and do it for $615.

Great i sent him an online $175 check and he sent me a contract 20 paragraphs long ( and i can tell you now get a lawyer to read it for you) .

he aranged for pickup and the vehicle was picked up on time. 1 day AFTER the pickup he sent out another 20 paragraph contract and somewhere in the middle of it they discosed that the new price was $900.

All legal im sure.....I did not find out till the following afternoon when the shipping company called to confirm and told me the new $725 C.O.D instead of $440 as quoted.

when I called to complain they brushed it off while laughing and cursing just stating.....you should have read it more carefully

In todays society of disclosure and honest with plenty of other choices to do business with

PLEASE>>>>PLEASE do not do business with them or as they told me "your car will sit in storage and cost you more in the long run so you might as well just pay it..

thanks
brian
P.s the only reason i gave them an excellent rating in knowledgeble is because the are experts in screwing people

This customer was charged 625.00 plus the items in the contract that apply to him. The contract is very clear and not difficult to understand, especially if you spend a moment reading it. I guess that this guy s lazy an probably does the same with his customers at the dealership, where I am sure there are plenty of compliants against him.
