I booked this order# on 3/5, then was alerted that I really should have checked this sight before making my decision. I was lucky enough that another broker cared enough about me to alert me to these con artists. I cancelled my shipment, but still didn't trust them, so I put a stop payment on the deposit through my bank. I'm now 120% positive that they would not actually issue my refund. You might ask yourself...Why in the world is this guy complaining? Here is why.
I guy rings my doorbell today and says" I have your scooter here!". "It's $425. These guys definately do not give a rats backside about your purchase, you as a customer, or the drivers...especially the drivers since they put the guy in the very bad position of having to tell me that the price was $115 dollars more then the price I had originally agreed to pay. What was I supposed to do? Should I take it out on the poor driver who has no idea of what went on? I couldn't do that to the guy.
DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DON'T EVEN ENTERTAIN THE THOUGHT OF USING THIS SHIPPER. I'D GIVE 100:1 ODDS THAT YOU'LL BE SORRY.

this customer cancelled after the trucker was assigned, evidently the trucker could not be reached to inform him that the order had been cancelled, instead the customer never asked the trucker from what company he was representing and as a result gave the vehicle to him. The vehicle was picked up and delivered as originally contracted.
