After a quote of $650.00 to move my car I was surprised to find out that I owed $725.00 upon delivery. I read the contract and questioned the added fees prior to agreeing to delivery. I was told that $475.00 would be my deliverables after paying the $175.00 deposit prior to getting the contract as I was told this is the first step. I was also told of a military discount that never happened. Once I called to clear up the mis communication I was told to contact book keeping to which they informed me that the bill was correct. I called sales back was greeted with hostility and angry man (not Mike) who began telling me he doesn't work for free and that I should have read the contract and then hung up on. I did not get to explain i would have gone elsewhere if I had known about the fees. Part of the rant was you paid a deposit so you agreed to the contract. Remember step one, send deposit and we will get you a contract? Looks to me like they are use to this. I'm not looking for a free handout but would not have used this company with their hidden fees as I had far better quotes then the $900.00 it ended up costing me to have my car delivered.

This customer paid a fair correct and standard fee for his vehicle transport. If he took one of his many offers that he said he received, he would have lost his deposit and his car would still be sitting. We did a very good job transporting his vehicle (over the July 4th holiday no less) and the customer was notified of the addition IN WRITING. Additions rarely happen, but when they do we NOTIFY the customer.
