Car not delivered even after one week

I chose A-AAA Auto carriers and spoke to Mr J.
The car was picked up late on 8-March-2011.
The car was supposed to be delivered March 11 with up to 72 hours extra time to be delivered, it is now March 17, I still have not heard back from anybody at A-AAA Auto carriers and the car is still not here.
I would proceed with caution when dealing with this company, I would not use or recommend A-AAA Auto carriers to anybody.
They charged heavily for the service but it has been 4 days and I have not heard anything from the driver or the company.
