Triple A is broker not carrier terrible customer service

This company triple A goes by many different name, but the telephone # will direct you to the same local #, I did some research on this. Customer service was horrible, the guy did everything real fast and it scared me, I was quote originally $1025, then later got a call back $50 more but he said they will pay $25 and I pay $25, so total was like $1050. I called for status, the guy put me on hold for four hours, my phone automatically hang up due to 4hrs limit I think, I call back they don't even answer, it scared me cause I have idea when I will get my car. The driver called me couple days later to schedule delivery. Driver was nice guy, this broker triple A sucks, be nicer to the customer, be honest, and don't put me on hold for 4hours, and answer my call, then maybe I will you 5 star. Be careful with this broker.
