HORIBLE! TAKE IT FROM ME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed order on the 18th of Jan. with Giovanni was told $905 for shipping and that the vehicles would be picked up on the 28th of Jan. I called several times on the 28th, 29th and 30th to be lied to and ignored or hung up on. Yes, obviously these people use caller id to screen their calls after charging your credit card a deposit so they can avoid or just plain ignore you after getting their portion of the fees. The company did not return any calls left with their answering machine and again, I was hung up on numerous times or ignored. I finally did talk to someone and was promised the cars would be picked up on Monday the 1st of Feb. or Tues. the 2nd at the very latest. I was to leave Indiana on Monday the 1st but postponed until Tues. the 2nd of Feb. to wait for them to get the cars, but this never happened. I finally ended up leaving the keys with a neighbor so I could get on my way to Florida. Again after arriving in Florida without the vehicles, I called numerous times again, but only to be promised, ignored, hung up on and lied to. The cars were finally picked up on the 8th of Feb. ( 11 days late! ) so I figured they would arrive by that Friday the 16th ,however; this never happened. I contacted my neighbor and he was able to give me a phone number directly to the driver that picked up the vehicles. Apparently he picked them up and put them in storage as the vehicles were not delivered to me until Sat. the 20th of Feb. and the driver had an invoice for another $805. After I paid a $300 deposit with a Credit Card to Giovanni, (remember I was told it would cost a total of $905), but it ended up being $1105. Of course no one wants to talk to me now after they got the $300 deposit then held my cars as hostage for another $805. I think this is Ridiculous that it took 23 days to get my vehicles to me and then, on top of it, charge me $200 more than I was originally told. They played the ol' bait and switch. This is very unfair! It only took me 1-1/2 days to drive from Indiana to Florida. Why does it take Triple A Auto Carriers 23 days to get my cars here?
