spoke to a Jordon, we agreed the car would be picked up last Friday and would be in Texas Monday or Tuesday. I asked if it could be delivered Wednesday (today) Dec. 2, 2009 because I would be off from work. He said no problem. I called this morning and Jordon said it would be delivered between 12:00 and 4:00 and the driver would call me ahead of time to let me know he was near. By 3:30 no call, I called riple A auto and asked for Jordon who had left early so I ask the person who answered the phone were my vehicle was, he said he would call the driver and get back to me. No call back, I called them again and he said he was waiting to here from the driver, no return call. I called the driver and he proceeded to tell me he had not even left Florida yet and would not be in Texas until late Friday night. In the meantime I turned in my old car to the leasing co and have no transportation.
Triple A Auto has lied to me since day one (1). I hope to God that I received my 2008 Lexis E350, I am not taking this lightly. I will call the BBB and any other company I can to tell them of there poor business practices. I have been trying to get in touch with them since talking to the driver and they will not pickup the phone or return my messages
