Very Disappointed!!! I would not use this company

I am in the military and I paid $2400.00 to have my vehicles shipped to my new duty station. John the owner of Air Gorrilla was courteous that I will give him.
The negatives: My vehicle was damgaged on the front bumper. The chains tore my bumper and John stated get an estimate and I will pay for the damage if it is under $1000.00. If the estimate was more he would go through his insurance. I got an estimate of $477.00 to repair the bumper and I called John and he stated he was in CA and would be in Seattle on Wed and he would contact me to take care of the damage. No call from John... Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he forgot. Tried to call numerously and left messages he failed to return my call. End story. Called my insurance company and explained the situation. They took his information that he provided to me ( John you forgot you gave this to me!!!) and said they would cover the damages and go after his insurance. Oh also his truck broke down in front of the Ft. Lewis main gate and he asked Soldiers for their help.. John (the owner) with Air Gorrilla is a dishonest man and I hope that Triple A Auto Carriers does not utilize your services because you are giving their company a negative rating.
