I placed my order with Chris to ship my E-350 from Los Angeles, CA to Buffalo, NY last week. He informed that he would have a driver scheduled promptly, which I desperately needed. It was a good thing a called them, because the first company I booked with wasn't able to get me scheduled for 3 WEEKS. Furthermore, that other company withdrew my deposit the same day I placed my order with them. However, I was confident I was getting a great deal, and they assured me that they would meet my shipping date. Not only was I mislead, but no one would pick up my phone calls after they already charged me! So, I called Triple A to get my car transported and they got me a driver in 2 days. With Triple A, it was free to set up a reservation, and their representives are knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend Triple A to anyone who is looking to ship their car.
