I was scheduled to move from southern ca to northern ca in two and a half weeks. I got five quotes to transport my auto. I went with trinity because their price was reasonable and they had good reviews on this site. Apparently I was not one of those alleged 90% who get picked up in five days. So I call and he says oops I misquoted! He wants another hundred dollars to do it. I agree because I am in a tight a spot and just have to get this car moved. Im down to four days and says I have someone who can pick it up after you've moved out, just leave your keys underneath the car. Would you move away leave your car on the street and trust this guy to pick it up? Finally I sit here as the moving van drives away wondering what the hell I'm going to do with my car.

Northern CA- lets clarify. Nearly 3 hours up the coast from San Francisco on a small and winding road that is impossible for a big rig to access. Shawn neglected to share these details when placing the order. It was about a week later that I was made aware of the COMPLICATIONS from a trucker that I was attempting to dispatch the load to. He was kind enough to inform me that more than 90% of all carriers could not access the location where the vehicel was being kept- However, once I was aware of the special circumstances of the pick up, I did find a carrier that could access the location and had it scheduled for pick up 2 hours after he was scheduled to leave. In special situations we have hidden the keys for the driver many times before. Shawn was unwilling to do so and canceled his order. Never charged him for hours and hours worth of work...
