For our military move I shipped my car to California from Alabama. I compared auto transopt companies and this one had the fastest time. Well, that turned out to be false as the operator I spoke, Chris Ellis, with apprently just told me everything I wanted to hear rather than the truth. My flight was arriving June 22nd and he reassured me that it would be no problem getting the car to CA by that time. Well a driver was not ever found to pick up the car until 6 days after I booked the order, (he claimed it should only take about 3 days). The driver was hard to understand over the phone and said he would pick up the car Friday but did not get it until Saturday, due to "flat tires". I ended up having to rent a rental car for 2 days while waiting for my vehicle. Everytime I spooke with Chris Ellis he was unconcerned about my situation and could not " gaurantee anything". It was very stressful and I would nt use this company EVER again.

I tell every customer the same thing, it takes an AVERAGE of 1-5 days to find a driver. Sometimes it takes longer depending on where the car is going from and to. We are a brokerage and cannot force drivers to pick up cars. The driver did have a flat, these are 18 wheeler rigs and they carry ten cars. There is a much greater chance of a breakdown or flat with these trucks than a regular car.
