poor customer service

Once this company has your account number for the deposit, they have your money even if you don't use their services. I scheduled a pick up in Georgia on the 27th of Nov., I called everyother day for an update an was told, still no driver available, I finally e-mailed a cancellation notice on Dec. 14th. After some whinning about the price by Trinity I booked with someone else. My car was picked up the next day. However Trinity called the same driver that picked up my car and was told by the driver that they were supposed to have cancelled my request off their board but they didn't . What they did do is take the 150.00 deposit out of my account anyway. And refuse to reimburse me even though they didn't transport my car. My conclusion is once they have your account number, they have your money whether they provide a service or not.

I set up Jeral with a driver, called him and emailed him. He never responded back. I sent the truck out and it was the driver that called me to tell me that the car had been picked up by another company. This is the only instance where we do not offer a refund. He placed his order with us, agreed to our terms and conditions, had me do the work and waste a drivers time and money. He sent me an email canceling after all this had happen because he wanted his money back.
