Initially I was contacted by tri-star about hauling my truck. His e-mail said he had a truck in the area and could get it right away at a discounted rate. I called and I discussed it with Harvey. I explained that it was a dually and that it was an inop but complete rolling chassis. They sent me a contract where it said it was running and to be picked up in a week so I called back again and gave them the details so there was no problem and the vehicle was able to be picked up immediately. They didn't call or update me for a week then all the sudden at 4:55 they Sam said to call him there was problem and I needed to call immediately. Minutes later I got the message and called. No one answered. Why tell you to call if you aren't going to answer. Then the next day I called and Sam said the truck was an inop and wasn't able to be loaded(you think) I told you that twice already. Then they said they would have it on a truck in a day or two I called back four days later and Sam acted like it was an inconvenience to try and resolve my issue. Then he was very rude and started smarting off when I said I would have to go to another carrier I could no longer wait I was being charged storage from Copart. He then hung up on me. Well Sam it's a shame you don't live in Georgia we like to come see people personally who can't use common respect to talk to people. It's a shame you can't see the person you are talking to you might think twice what you say. Anyways this is what you get at Tri-Star.
