My son is in the Navy and wanted his car so we decided to ship it from Washington state to Maryland. Since I had never shipped a vehicle before, I was very nervous about finding a reliable carrier. I did my homework and obtained several quotes and checked online reviews on several companies and then called to ask questions before I decided on Tri-Star. I'm glad I did - The customer service was awesome, I had the contract forms to complete in my hands within minutes of my agreeing to utilize their services. I had a couple of questions, and had no delay in getting answers from Robert. Within 2 hours of completing the contract, they had already found a truck to transport my vehicle. It was picked up the very next day and left that night for Maryland. It was delivered in 6 days to my son without damage to the vehicle. A little dirty from the road trip but that was totally expected. I would definitely recommend this company and will use their service in the future if the need arises.
