Tri-Star Carriers did an excellent job. Tiffany Walker and Jan Carlos are excellent to work with, very informative and kept me up to speed on what all was going on. They are excellent professionals and I would definately use Tri-Star again.

The only issue I had, and it was not Tri-Star's, Tiffany's or Jan's doing, was a company named Reeves Auto Transport that picked the car up, during a major storm in Indiana, and somewhere, somehow, something flew into the windshield and broke it, more than likely during transport. The car was taken off the trailer around Joplin, MO and even during daylight hours, the driver taking the car off the trailer and putting it back on the trailer, nothing was noticed concerning a broken windshield. The car arrived at midnight, and a parking lot that was not as well lit as was my first choice delivery spot, was utilized. The car was parked in such a way the windshield was not easily viewed. We did a walk around with the driver, who was a very nice person, but our flashlight was not so good and the driver did not produce one to make the inspection more visable. We saw what was pointed out and signed off on the inspection report, at pickup. The next morning, when again viewing the car, I saw the broken windshield. I called Tri-Star and they were extremely helpful. I then called the person I bought the car from to see if it had a broken windshield when it left, it did not, I called the driver who transported the car, he told me he had not noted or noticed a broken windshield. I then called Reeves Auto Transport, as that is what the driver instructed me to do and who he hauled for... I was quickly told it was not noted on the inspection report I had signed the night before and therefor no claim would be honored or turned in to his insurance company. Tri-Star was again helpful in providing me the insurance information.

So, Tri-Star has no blame in this situation and I appreciate all they have done to help me with the problem. The driver, Mark, was very helpful and honest. The owner of Reeves Auto Transport was of no help, would not even consider the issue and basically just brushed me off, with, you didn't report it last night, it's your problem and your fault.
