Originally picked this company due to an initial search of reviews that gave it a 5 star rating. After they took a deposit and failed to transport my vehicle 3 times I looked for reviews again and found countless 1 star reviews covering various complaints. A gentleman named Adam was my point of contact who when last spoken to indicated I would be receiving a refund of a $284.63 deposit within 2 to 3 business days. It's been over a week and still no refund. I never agreed to any online agreement or returned anything to them constituting an agreement and yet was told by Adam I had signed an agreement. Not true. No one answers or has returned my call inquiries. Have since found out that when transporting a vehicle to never deal with a company requesting an up front deposit. Am now left to contest the charge through my bank. This company operates under 2 names which I find odd, Travelers Auto Transport and Secure Transport. Maybe it's nothing. There are other reputable transport companies you can deal with that do not require up front cost and I highly recommend you use them rather than this company. If I receive a full refund of my deposit any time soon I will gladly revise my review of this company.
