I higher them through a customer rep named James to transport my car from Florida to Pennsylvania and paid a deposit 25 days in advance of the arranged pickup. The day before the pickup I reached out to James he emailed back and said dispatch would contact me that day with details of the pickup. I emailed him at the end of the day to let him know no one has reached out. The next morning and afternoon I left several voicemails in the general mailbox and other numbers I could find for them online, I emailed James, and used a text option. All were ignored and they never picked up the car and did not bother to notify me they were not coming. I was scammed by them, don't make the same mistake.
