Tommy was horrible to work with

Do not use this company unless you want verbal abuse and to be promised white glove service only to have the price raised at the last moment. I was promised a dispatcher would call me and the vehicle would be transported by Tom. I waited 5 days and finally followed up. Tom didn’t remember having a conversation with me and continued to judge me and my mood. Tom was also very racist saying things about other transport services and the way they speak. After dispatch finally reached out (9 days after promised) things seemed to start going smoothly. Unfortunately, after calling the office I never received any correspondence on when my vehicle would be picked up or dropped off. I called to confirm the vehicle had been picked up and was told I was texted but the message said undelivered. I asked for drop off information and was promised a call back. Never called, no voicemails. I called again to confirm details and was told I opted out of texts and could opt back in. (14 days after initiation) The back office seemed to take notes but failed to mention anything from the beginning and promised a smooth experience and it was anything but. Things I was told by Tom “you need to cheer up, you don’t like being told what to do?, that’s not a judgment…you wouldn’t want to hear what I have to say, you need to calm down or I’ll hang up!” I cannot believe this company thinks everyone can be treated like that in business. Nothing personal, it’s just business. I would suggest that they keep it that way.

Kyle, Sorry you were not happy with the service. We always want to provide a positive experience for our customers. We went ahead and looked into the file. You booked your transport on 7/8 and a carrier was dispatched out for a pickup on 7/12 and the vehicle delivered 7/15. Customer service and dispatch spoke with you multiple times in between those 4 days. (here are a few, 7/11 3:39PM, 7/12 9:11AM, 7/12 11:24AM, 7/15 2:39PM). Within 7 days we booked your transport, picked up the vehicle, transported it 1500 miles and delivered the vehicle door to door. We are sorry that did not meet your unrealistic expectations.
