Worst nightmare

Had the worst experience ever. Johnny gave me a quote , not an estimate for round trip. Minutes later that quote changed to a higher price because I needed my vehicle sooner so I was ok. 3 days passed and didn't get delivery date so I texted Johnny and he told me on a text that it was scheduled for the same day, a day passed and then stopped texting me and gave me his boss number Adam, now Adam tells me that they couldn't find a driver, so it was a lie that it was already scheduled. Finally my car gets picked up but now they cannot find a driver for the other trip. Now they gave me another upcharge because the driver wants more money. I dont why they give you a quote and then they keep rising the price, at the end of the day what I requested for my trip it cost me a $1000 more. I see this very unprofessional from Adam that claims to be the owner of the company would never recommend this transportation company and on top of that he talks too much and won't let you talk.

Hi Jesus we regret you were not satisfied with your transport experience. We put 100 percent into every move scheduled. As per your conversation with Johnny prices could fluctuate depending on what carriers are available on that route. We contacted you prior to dispatch for approval which was provided. Your initial order was placed on 1/31 and picked up on the 2/3. The return trip was then picked up by that same carrier at drop off. Although the price was higher then the original quote, we needed to get this done for you very quickly which we accomplished. We again apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
