In describing my experience with Transporter Auto Services Inc (TAS) I would caution potential customers to do two things. 1.) Get a complete detailed itemized list for cost associated with the shipment and 2.) Get them to agree on a NLT delivery date and set a pro-rated scale of reimbursement if they do not meet that promised delivery time.
I could go on-and-on about the customer service and lack of availability to think outside the box but I will let you find out for yourself if you so desire. The other thing that bothered me was that the company (TAS) tried to shift blame for the delay of my delivery onto the sub-contracted trucking firm. As far as I was concerned they (TAS) were the ones I wrote the check too and not the sub-contractor.
The vehicle is now going to be 8 days past the originally promised 5-7 days delivery date, I don’t know about you but that is totally unacceptable, but you make the call.

The car was shipped from Belgium to CA then to MT.
