Not refunding deposit

This is a second review after the explanation of the first review. I want to make sure I am very factual and clear so future customers may be aware of the facts, as this Owner has already stated I am not getting a refund, but it was stated more colorful, in his own words. So I have already chalked it up as a loss but it will be all our learning experience. I hired Transport US Inc. to ship a 1965 Chevy pick-up from New Jersey to Missouri on 2-15-2013, they could not find a carrier to ship it although the deposit had already been excepted. I contacted Gilbert Gonzalez and per the contract I cancelled after 10 days and he stated I would receive my deposit back. It was November 2013 when when I talked with him again, but previously I had tried many times to get him, PHONE RECORDS CAN NOT BE FALSIFIED, and I had left messages and talked with others at his company asking for a return call from Gilbert. He completely changed his mind and had excuses why no refund and even accused me of lying on my first review. His reply was they tried to get a hold of me many times but no one ever answered? The facts: I have always had a cell phone, this cell phone is of coarse set up with voice mail. There is never been a message or a missed call from Gilbert or his company. In fact I my self had to contact Transport Us Inc.(Gilbert) who was very colorful in language because I found on my credit card statement the refund was never received. I want to ensure folks understand what they could be up against: the facts are this company will require a deposit from you, they may not be able to find a shipper for your item after taking your deposit, they may not refund your money even if it is their shortcoming and cannot find a shipper, they may avoid communications with you and when and if you do finally get a hold of this person his language will not be respectful, or he was not with me, when we did communicate. What happened to customer satisfaction guarantee, customers always right, or just plain integrity?

Mr. Ferry scheduled to transport his vehicle January 21st 2013. We tried to contact Mr. ferry for weeks. We left voicemails. We sent emails. No response. 1 year later Mr. Ferry calls me and tells me that he was going over his statements and sees that he was charged by our company but he never got his car transported so he wanted a refund. I told Mr. ferry that his deposit was not refundable because the vehicle had been dispatched to several different drivers all with the same result, no answer from Mr. Ferry. So not only did we do our job but we did it several times. Mr. Ferry was very upset and gave us this rating. You can tell by the date he gave us the rating that in fact Mr. ferry did reappear 1 year later requesting a refund. I hope customers see that for the most part we get excellent ratings but there are always those few who's requests are so extreme that they are unacceptable. We did our job. We dispatched several drivers to pickup his vehicle and Mr. Ferry was never available.
