I have been shipping my car for years, this is the first experience that was orchestrated from contact to delivery with superior customer service. This was a car I purchased 4 months ago and was concerned about loading and unloading. The delivery transport when the car was delivered to the dealer damaged the front taking the car off the truck.

From the first contact to the delivery of the vehicle in Virginia there was constant communication via telephone and e mail and everyting was documented. The owner/operator of the enclosed carrier called when he promised, arrived on time, loaded the car with care and his carrier was new and clean. The car was delivered to my son on time and with a smile.

I have recommended TRANSPORT TIME to all my friends and neighbors, THEY CARE!
