Roy is a very conscientious and "willing to please" broker. This was my first time using a transporter and needless to say was very nervous about entrusting our car to a stranger. After the first conversation with Roy he was no longer a stranger. He put us at ease, explained the whole process in great detail and eased any of our concerns. He found us a transporter that delivered the car on time and it perfect condition. Couldn't have had a more pleasant transaction.
