I was having a good time driving cross-country from San Francisco to the East Coast, but I ran into some transmission problems in the Rockies. Luckily, my brother lives in Denver, so I stopped in for a few days. After calling a few local shops, I decided it would be easier to ship it home and have the work done on my home turf. I went on the internet to request bids, and of course, I was inundated. I also did a little research on how the business works. I know there are some bad players out there, but I do like the way that the better companies put out good advice to help people from getting ripped off, no matter who they choose.

Anyway, Transport Time sent me an early response with a good price so I called Roy and had a good conversation- I told him my most important parameter was a fast pickup and did he think he could arrange one at that price? He said he was pretty confident he could.

I did a little due diligence with a couple others but decided to go with Roy. Within a few hours he lined me up with a driver for the very next morning. The driver was friendly, helpful, and competent, and my car arrived safely and on time.

If I need to ship again, I'll definitely call Transport Time first.
