I contacted Jeremy after waiting 3 weeks from another transport co. I called on a Saturday and the car was picked up the very next Tuesday. Car was delivered on time and in good order. The "other" company called and said they had a transport assignment and I informed them that the car was already in Seattle and that I had cancelled the order via e-mail over a week ago, and had requested a refund of my deposit. Needless to say after they received my cash deposit, they have never returned phone calls. BEWARE of the companys that require an upfront cash deposit, you can kiss that money goodbye.
