I originally spoke with them when I first started looking around for quotes. Never had I shipped a car in the past so I was a little nervous about the whole process. I had heard stories from friends that had transported that made me extremely sceptical about what to believe or not believe. Colin took his time and explained what to watch out for and what made Transport Services different. However I decided to ship with another company because they were cheaper and said all the right things. After 2 weeks had pasted from when my car was supposed to get picked up and no answers from the company I called Colin and after explaining what happened he told me not to worry that they could have my car picked up within 3-4 days. After what I had just experienced I was a little doubtful. He told me that the his driver would contact me 24 hours in advance to let me no what time he would be there. after 2 days passed I received a call telling me he would be there by noon the following day. I received a call the next morning from the driver to make sure that I would be home and 2hours later at 11:30 am was car was loaded on the truck and on its way to my brother. The driver was polite and was accomidating in everyway. A week later my car arrived at my brothers house with the driver giving him the same notice of arrival. I never thought my car would be transported until I called Colin and transport services and finally dealt with professionals. He was honest with me, told me what his company was able to provide and told me to trust him. Everything that I was told they were able to back up. Since then I have recommended Transport Services to my cousin and my boss and they experienced the same professionalism, honest and quality of service. I would recommend Transport Services to anyone who is looking to move there car, especially if this is your first time transporting like myself. Colin and the customer service team were available anytime I had any questions, I never felt rushed or pressured. Customer service were polite, knowledgable, and always made time to answer any questions that I had. Do not make the same mistake I did, trying to save a few dollars was not worth all that I ended up going through. Thank you Transport Services for all your help, I would probally still be waiting to get picked up if it wasn't for you guys, your the REAL DEAL!!!!
