Dishonest Company...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

One word would sum it up "Nightmare""!!!
This company was dishonest from the start. First I was told that they owned their own trucks and I would have constant contact with driver and most importantly, that I would have my car picked up by trucker on Thurs evening, April 29 or Friday am first thing. This was important because I was flying out of Florida on April 30. When I asked how should I pay remaining balance I was told to get certifed check in Transport Services name which I did.
Once the contract was signed then the games begin!! My car was to arrive in Maine on Tuesday, May 4. I was told driver would call me to confirm exact time to meet. As I hadn't heard from anyone, I called on Monday May 3. I was told then that my car was still at their terminal and due to leave immediately! I asked the girl that called why I was not informed of this.. She said well the other girl just didn't call you. I asked a manager to call. No call came. I called again on Tuesday to speak with Manager...no call came. For several days I left messages and was assured a manager would call me back. NO ONE EVER DID!!!
It was impossible to get drivers number and finally they gave me a number that was disconnected!
I reached someone on Friday May 7 and was told my car would be in Maine on Sunday and that they would adjust price due to all the inconvience! HA!
I received a call from the driver on sunday may 9th and was advised my car would arrive in Maine about midnight! The driver "Nichole" who was very nice told me that she had to lay over for ten hours so the early morning of May 10 would be fine. I was told by NIchole that the balance was now up to 850. 00 and that the certified check was no good because that was not even her companies name!!! Luckily I had American cash and was able to pay the girl! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB ASAP AND THE TRANSPORT AUTHORITIES ...I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
