Worst experience ever!!

My first contact with Transport Services was with Jody (sales) who was prompt, easy to get in touch with and guaranteed the pick up of my car during a 3 day window (Sat 2/6-Mon 2/8). I received and email on 2/6 saying that the scheduled truck broke down and they would have a replacement in 24-48 hours. 48 hrs went by with no update so I called on Tues. No replacement had been IDed and I was told by customer service it should be picked up in a few days. A few days went by with still no contact, so I called again. From this point on everytime I called, which was everyday, I was placed on hold for at least 30 min or disconnected with. Messages were not returned and their out of office voicemail was turned on well before office hours were over. They had no info on when my car would be picked up and were not keeping me informed (I left my car with a friend so I could move X-country). I was so tired of dealing with this company and their lack of customer service that I had another company arrange for my car to be moved. My car was finally picked up an Wed 2/17, one day after contacting another company-something Transport Services could do in 11 days. Summary: great contact and service at first, then once they have your deposit service was none existent.
