24 HOUR NOTIFICATION

MY PICK UP DAY WAS GUARANTEED. SO WHEN I DID NOT GET MY 24 HOUR NOTIFICATION FOR PICK UP I BECAME VERY CONCERNED. BECAUSE I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A MONDAY PICKUP I COULD NOT REACH ANYONE UNTIL MONDAY MORNING. HOWEVER, I DID RECEIVED MY PICK UP CALL FROM THE DRIVER THE MORNING OF THE SCHEDULED PICK UP DAY. IT ALL WORKED OUT BUT I WAS SOMEWHAT STRESSED BY NOT RECEIVING THE 24 HOUR NOTIFICATION CALL. I DID CALL AND LET SHAWN KNOW THAT MORNINING THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS CALL.
