The Service was amazing. It was the first time that I had to transport my car. When I submitted my request online in some website(Don't Remember). I got calls and emails from a number of Car Movers, who were charging me from 200 - 500 $.There was one mover - "All State" who charged me 200$ and told that my car would be shipped in the next three-four days. I thought it was a good deal, but after 4 days I have been calling them everyday and they kept giving me some false reason everyday and finally asked me for 270 $. I said Ok and waited for 2 more days. They never even called me back.

I was so annoyed and at the same time I got a call from Bella - Transport Services. She did assure me that the car would be shipped in 2 days at any cost. I thought it would be no different from Allstate, but I wanted to take a chance since I felt it was no point relying on All State anymore. When I asked for a refund from All State saying that I am going with Transport Services, they tried so hard to convince me that Transport Services is a fake company and that they would steal my car and it would never ever be shipped. At that Point I just wanted my money back from All State and they were not even giving me a refund. I threatened to file a case against them and then they finally gave me a refund. If you do care about your money and Car please don't go to All State. I had the worst ever experience with them.

On the other hand Transport Services was just amazing. The Pickup was a little delayed, they said 6:30 pm and picked it up at 9:00 pm. That was fine. The Delivery was on time. I got it shipped to my door the very next day morning at around 11:00 am. The driver did have a tough time locating my address, since it does not show up on the GPS (Happens even for me), but he was patient to listen to my directions, write them down and dropped it right in front of my door. It had no scratch or anything whatsoever.

Thanks a lot guys. Please keep up the good work and I would definitely recommend Transport Services to anyone who wants to move their car.
