The car was supposed to be picked up on 1/2/2010. Two days before the pick up, I called to confirmed and the sales person assured the carrier would call the day before. Not only there was no call, no pick up at all! I've been calling the office for the last two days, but can't even leave a message because "the mail box is full." A possible scam? or just an irresponsible terrible firm?
