A&R Towing & Transport LLC Amanda called me on Oct. 21 & informed me the car would be picked up on Oct. 22 by 12 noon or I should call them by 2PM. Also given the drivers tel #. At 2PM called truck driver and was informed he would pick up by 5PM. After % PM called truck driver twice with no answer. Called Amanda at A&R, she informed me she loaded him with 8 cars and he could be late. I didn't know they held 8 cars. At 10PM truck driver called me and said he was having truck problems and would pick up the car by 8AM on the 23rd. After several calls to truck driver and amanda car was picked up at 4PM. I also had to take the car to0 him as he said he couldn't come to my house. I had to walk about 1/2 mile back to my house in 91 degres heat. I was informed the car would be delivered on the 25 or 26th. Called on 28th and he said he was stuck in snow in CO and would leave as soon as snow was cleared. Car was delivered oon Oct 30th with damage to rear bumper. I told my son do not pay him. On oct 31 Carrie from A&R cold my son and told himshe was going to report the car stolen if he didn't pay her immediately. He called the police and they said she couldn't do that and it was a civil matter. He called her number but she wouldn't answer. I called her and she ranted and raved at me and said I needed to pay her immediately. I informed her that I needed the insurance information and she wouldn't get paid until it was verified and the person that was going to repair the car was paid. At that time she informed me that she would send me the information and also reduce the amount of money due to all the problems. The next day Carrie called my son and gave him the same information and wanted to know what the cost was to repair the car. On nov.4 he told her the estimate was $759.17 She finally gave hime the insurance information and when he checked he was told it was a $1000 deductedable. I never heared of this you informed me the driver would have insurance but nothing about a $1000 deductable. I believe you should return me $120. Please let me know what you are going to do.
