Poor customer service

Overall I felt like the entire experience was good. The truck driver for pickup and delivery was excellent. However, I did feel that once they had your initial deposit for the service, though, it was hard to get in contact with a customer service representative. The individual I went through never even called me back after I left multiple messages to see if I was ever taken care of. Also, I was never informed that it was COD when the vehicle got there. It would have been helpful especially because I had it lined up for a friend to accept delivery.
